Job summary

UKG is seeking a Technology Consultant (Presales) to align business objectives with technology solutions in enterprise sales cycles. You will partner with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Professional Services to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

You will lead strategic engagements, design future-state architectures, and support POCs, security reviews, and technical due diligence while communicating to both technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related field and practical experience in enterprise tech.
• 8+ years in technology consulting, presales, or solution architecture with enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level executives and IT stakeholders to understand transformation objectives.
• Lead technical strategy discussions and respond to RFPs/RFIs during complex pursuits.
• Create architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and business-value presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, services, and customer success through sales to services handoff.
