Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategic Solution Architect, Presales (Central) to partner with enterprise sales teams, shaping technical strategy and guiding strategic accounts through software delivery and DevSecOps initiatives.

The role acts as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into measurable business value while engaging in field activities and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise presales or solutions engineering experience with high-stakes Fortune 500/100 accounts.
Experience educating engineers and executives on platform capabilities and value.
Hands-on Linux experience and proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience building software delivery pipelines and DevSecOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

Engage with strategic customers on their DevSecOps journey using the company's products.
Collaborate with sales executives to develop account strategies and nurture customer relationships.
Educate engineers and executives on the platform's capabilities and value.
Represent the organization at public events and conferences to showcase solutions.
Provide field feedback to influence product features and roadmap.
Travel up to 50% within the US.
