Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Product Specialist—Trust, Identity & Compliance to architect and validate multi-product opportunities for enterprise customers. You’ll partner with SEs, AEs, and product teams to accelerate outcomes and codify repeatable patterns across GTM and R&D.

You’ll operate as the regional technical authority, lead workshops, demos, and POCs, translating customer needs into secure, scalable architecture. This remote US role offers meaningful impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive presales experience in solutions engineering or related roles.
• 4+ years depth in at least one trust-related domain (identity, security, fraud, or compliance).
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to build durable cross-functional partnerships (Sales, Product, Engineering).
• Experience translating customer requirements into product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions across customer ecosystems.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, demos, and POCs to mitigate risk.
• Build exec/architect-ready presentations outlining tradeoffs and paths.
• Document customer patterns and feedback to inform product direction.
• Serve as regional technical authority and interlock with GTM and R&D.
