Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to enable customers to build the future of communications. You will lead the technical pre-sales relationship, drive discovery, propose architectures, and demonstrate Twilio’s products to mid-level technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work with Account Executives to run demos, deliver proofs of concept, respond to RFPs, and craft compelling solutions that fit customer needs. Some travel and ad-hoc in-person meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with ability to gain audience confidence.
• Engaging storyteller who can convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to understand a customer’s communications needs and map to a technical solution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, demo products, and deliver POCs.
• Lead technical and product discussions, guide customers on using Twilio APIs.
• Establish trust by uncovering customer pains and proposing innovative solutions.
