Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey and build trust with your book of business via inbound/outbound calls, email, and video meetings
• Act as a dedicated advisor for payroll and benefits inquiries
• Proactively connect with customers to understand their business, support model, and preferred communication style
• Identify churn risk and deliver solutions to mitigate churn using product knowledge
• Partner cross-functionally to unblock friction and understand team needs and processes
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and Gusto's voice
