Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive strategy and growth for a portfolio of the largest accounting firm partners. You will maintain and expand revenue, identify growth opportunities, and build deep relationships with partners at all levels, from staff accountants to managing partners.

You will leverage AI-powered workflows to surface friction and drive improved outcomes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the Gusto Pro roadmap, manage renewals and upsells,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner / Channel management or similar sales role.
• Track record of exceeding quotas and negotiating six-figure contracts.
• Deep understanding of accounting firm landscape and its tech needs.
• Ability to articulate contractual, technical and financial value to executives.
• Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and providing actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans for large partner portfolio and lead QBRs.
• Balance new partner acquisition with development of active partners.
• Act as single point of contact for partners and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Drive cross-sell/up-sell and adoption of Gusto Pro features with partners.
• Lead contract renewals and upsells with favorable terms and smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to influence the product roadmap.
