MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the hand-off between estimating and operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, and guiding risk management across projects.

You will mentor the preconstruction team, shape strategy and budgets, and collaborate with legal, estimating, procurement, and engineering functions to secure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience required.
• 2+ years in Preconstruction required.
• Certified or licensed Lawyer, Engineer, Project Manager and/or Risk Manager preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of project operations management team members during preconstruction up to hand off.
• Provide clear direction and targets for project staff during the preconstruction phase.
• Assist in developing the Preconstruction department’s strategy, budget, and business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients – internal and external.
• Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining top-caliber talent.
• Provide regular reporting to Preconstruction leadership and executive team.
