Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Manager - Execution Planning to oversee preconstruction activities, risk management, and the transition to operations. You will coordinate subs, suppliers, vendors, and engineers, while mentoring staff and ensuring smooth handoffs between phases.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years PM experience, a related degree, and familiarity with renewables project contracts. Some travel and potential remote work are involved in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience with 2 years Project Management experience required.
• Experience in Preconstruction required.
• Renewables industry construction and contract negotiations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise preconstruction activities and handoff to operations.
• Lead and mentor project staff to meet goals and targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support procurement, estimating, legal, and commercial teams during contract negotiations.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage project documentation.
