Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction, planning, risk management, and smooth handoffs to operations. You will coordinate subcontracts, suppliers, and government permits, while mentoring staff across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years in Preconstruction required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the preconstruction team during activities up to hand off to operations.
• Provide direction to ensure project staff meet goals during preconstruction.
• Assist in developing the Preconstruction department strategy, budget, and business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients internal and external.
