Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Manager - Execution Planning to lead preconstruction and planning efforts, manage risk, and coordinate handoffs to operations. You will supervise the preconstruction team and partner with estimating, procurement, and engineering to align project plans with bids.

Located in multiple US office locations with potential remote work and travel to field sites; requires strong leadership, negotiation, and document control skills for renewables projects.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience required
• Experience in Preconstruction required
• Renewables industry construction and contract negotiations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of all assigned projects, Project Operations management team members, and support staff during preconstruction up to hand off from preconstruction to operations.
• Supervise and mentor assigned direct reports and oversee projects to ensure deliverables are met
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients - internal and external
• Provide regular reporting to the Preconstruction leadership and other Executive team members as required
• Travel for project preplanning coordination as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
