Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction process across multiple projects, coordinating estimating, procurement, risk management, and the seamless handoff to operations.

You will mentor staff, optimize subcontractor management, and work with legal, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure accurate project plans, schedules, and competitive bids for renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in relevant fields with 2+ years in preconstruction.
• Certified or licensed professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and handoff to operations.
• Coordinate quotes and procurement with subcontractors.
• Develop risk registers and project estimates.
• Mentor project operations staff.
