Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in CM, Law, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• 2+ years in Preconstruction.
• Strong negotiation and contract reading skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise preconstruction activities and handoff to operations.
• Define project targets and guide staff to achieve goals.
• Assist in developing department strategy, budget, and plan.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support procurement with subcontract and supplier negotiations.
• Produce regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with risk management processes.
