Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Manager - Execution Planning to lead preconstruction, planning and risk management across multiple US locations. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and client contracts while mentoring staff and ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Estimating, Procurement and Engineering teams, maintaining risk registers, and delivering regular project updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, or Business
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management
• Experience in preconstruction and renewables industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise project work during preconstruction
• Lead and mentor project staff and ensure deliverables
• Establish client relationships and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with Estimating, Procurement and Engineering on early planning
