Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years in roles such as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or Owner's Project Management Representative.
• Experience in packaging, processing, or logistical facilities with complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage complex, cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
• Lead site selection and validation, scope development, and design management for compliant site plans and floor plans.
• Oversee design management end-to-end, including evaluations, conformance reviews, and value engineering.
• Manage multiple concurrent large projects across locations and lead a region or program with limited oversight.
• Drive decisions to accelerate progress and resolve blockers, escalating as needed.
