Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Preconstruction in Denver to lead preconstruction for complex data center developments. You will integrate scope, schedule, budget, and execution plans across multiple teams, driving risk assessment and decision-making with external partners.

You will guide conceptual estimating, scheduling, and design development, while partnering with Development, Design, Construction, Finance, and Commercial to align objectives and execution risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in preconstruction, construction, development, estimating, scheduling, or related delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, scheduling, design development, procurement, and construction execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project strategy including scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Lead development of conceptual and schematic budgets and schedules reflecting scope and market conditions.
• Evaluate information and develop assumptions, scenarios, and recommendations for timely decisions.
• Lead kickoff, strategy, risk, budget, and schedule meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Identify constraints and craft mitigation strategies and alternatives.
• Lead value engineering and optimization while maintaining project performance.
