Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with the Construction Project Director and coordinate with contractors and vendors for data center construction. You will drive day-to-day activities, manage budgets, schedules, and documentation, and serve as a primary liaison across STACK teams.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure safety practices, and push for timely resolutions while building

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Construction, incl. ground up, core & shell, sitework, utility, fitout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering or Architecture preferred but not required.
• Proficient with NetSuite, DocuSign, MS Project, PowerBI, Procore, and BIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing project plans including budget, scheduling and timeline.
• Assist with RFPs to contractors and manage project documentation from RFP to closeout.
• Manage contracts billing and ensure client relationships are maintained.
• Represent the company in project meetings and liaison with all departments.
• Oversee design, permits, and entitlements phases and value engineering.
• Review and update construction schedules from GCs and owner-direct vendors.
