Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks an experienced Lead Scheduler, Preconstruction to plan, develop, and maintain detailed schedules for data center development from planning through handoff to construction. You will coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, utilities, and commercial teams to ensure integrated scheduling across workstreams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years of direct scheduling experience on large-scale projects, plus 3–5 years in data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of direct project scheduling experience on large-scale, complex projects.
• 3-5 years of data center or mission-critical scheduling experience, ideally in preconstruction.
• Preferred experience with a developer or hyperscaler.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules from initial planning through handoff to construction.
• Build and update schedules within STACK's scheduling framework with accurate logic, durations, and milestone dates.
• Lead schedule working sessions to validate assumptions, sequence activities, identify constraints, and surface risks early.
• Analyze critical path, near-critical path, float trends, and milestone movement; recommend mitigations.
• Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analysis for project teams and STACK leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and reporting practices across preconstruction.
