STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Senior Manager of Preconstruction to lead complex data center development from feasibility to construction handoff. You’ll align scope, budget, and strategy across multiple teams and external partners, guiding decisions with experience in design development and procurement planning.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, value engineering, and clear stakeholder communication to drive fast, capital-efficient execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in preconstruction, construction, development, estimating or scheduling roles.
• Strong ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations with incomplete information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead integrated project strategy covering scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Develop and manage conceptual and schematic budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate evolving information and propose informed assumptions and scenarios.
• Lead kickoff, risk, budget, and decision meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Identify constraints and devise mitigation strategies and alternatives.
• Assess design, procurement, and execution options to improve speed and efficiency.
• Communicate cost/schedule changes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive value engineering while meeting performance targets.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Construction, Finance, and Supply Chain.
