Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler, Preconstruction to plan and schedule data center development projects in the preconstruction phase. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed schedules, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly visible to project teams and leadership.

The role requires strong scheduling expertise, strategic planning, and the ability to communicate schedule logic and risks credibly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of direct project scheduling experience on large-scale, complex projects.
• 3–5 years of data center or mission-critical scheduling experience, preferably in preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules from planning through handoff to construction.
• Build and update schedules within STACK's framework with accurate logic, durations, and milestone dates.
• Lead schedule working sessions to validate assumptions, sequence activities, and surface risks early.
• Analyze critical path, near-critical path, float trends, and milestone movement; recommend mitigation actions.
• Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analyses for teams and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and reporting practices.
