Qualifications

• 10+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project controls.
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Develop accurate, defensible budgets early in project development.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with cost drivers.
• Excel modeling, cost analysis and forecasting expertise.
• Experience using Procore or comparable PM software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning from concepts through budget development and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, conceptual budgets, and pricing models.
• Develop project schedules and schedule models with milestones and delays.
• Manage RFPs, bids, and procurement pricing decisions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and maintain budgets using Excel and Procore.
