Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate data center construction activities, manage budgets, schedules and documentation, and lead cross‑functional collaboration. This role requires strategic thinking, problem solving and strong communication skills.

You will oversee design, permits, commissioning, and reporting, ensuring safety practices and timely issue resolution while facilitating executive‑level presentations and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Construction incl. Project Mgmt Consulting; RE Development; Design/Engineering.
• Experience in ground up, core & shell, sitework and fitout construction is strongly preferred.
• Four-year degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, Architecture is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing project plans; including budget, scheduling, timeline.
• Assist with RFPs to contractors; organize and control project documentation.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect STACK’s interests while maintaining client relations.
• Represent STACK in project meetings and liaise with all departments.
