Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Preconstruction in Denver, CO. The role leads preconstruction for complex data center projects from feasibility to construction transition, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and strategy across multiple teams and external partners.

You will drive risk assessment, value engineering, and execution planning, ensuring alignment with development and commercial objectives while guiding cross-functional teams through evolving project information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in preconstruction, construction, or related project-delivery role.
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from feasibility through transition to construction.
• Develop integrated project strategy: scope, schedule, budget, phasing, procurement, execution.
• Identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and develop executable strategies with incomplete information.
• Lead cross-functional kickoff, strategy, risk, budget, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate changes in cost, schedule, scope, and risk to stakeholders.
