Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec, is seeking a Project Manager - Execution Planning to lead preconstruction, planning, risk management and the seamless handoff from estimating to operations. You will coordinate subcontracts, suppliers, engineers, and client coordination while mentoring staff.

The role supports remote-based work with travel to office and field sites; locations include Phoenix, Clinton (IN), Indianapolis (IN), Centennial (CO), Irving (TX), Fargo (ND).

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years relevant experience with 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Preconstruction required.
• Renewables industry construction and contract negotiations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise project work during preconstruction and handoff.
• Supervise direct reports and ensure deliverables.
• Provide regular reporting to Preconstruction leadership.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Procurement and Engineering teams.
• Assist with subcontract and supplier negotiations.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
