Job summary

Flintco in Springdale, AR is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting and preconstruction services for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• LEED Accreditation or other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction services including schedules and cost estimates.
