Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with estimates and bids, collaborating with upper management on staffing.
• Select subcontractors and review proposed materials and shop drawings.
• Assist with preliminary and detailed project schedules using standard scheduling software.
• Prepare cash flow plans, subcontractor lists, and procurement logs for submission and approval.
• Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to manage material delivery and storage.
• Monitor construction activities and provide status reports to management and clients.
• Meet with owners, subcontractors, and architects to review progress and resolve issues.
• Support close-out, punch list, and final documentation processes.
