Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Springdale, AR is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support the project management team on assigned construction projects. You will help with scheduling, coordinating activities, tracking expenditures, and ensuring work proceeds on budget and on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 2–5 years of construction management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

Review and assist in preparation of project estimates and bids with upper management.
Select subcontractors and finalize contracts; review materials and shop drawings.
Assist with preliminary and detailed project scheduling using standard software.
Ensure prerequisites (cash flow plan, subcontractor lists, submittals) are prepared and logged.
Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to oversee material delivery and recording.
Monitor construction activities and resolve issues affecting changes and subcontractor performance.
Meet with owner representatives, subcontractors and architects to review progress and resolve problems.
Supervise punch list completion and ensure close-out documentation is submitted.
