Flintco is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Cordova, TN to lead early-stage project activities, develop estimates, and coordinate bids with designers, owners and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge and experience in marketing/sales functions, plus LEED accreditation is a plus. The position emphasizes safety, quality and Lean practices within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience, including marketing and sales functions.
• LEED Accreditation or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction efforts including estimates, schedules and constructability reviews.
• Prepare and tabulate unit quantities and cost estimates based on data and quotations.
• Manage bid teams, participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide input on proposals, presentations and major project estimating.
