Job summary

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in commercial estimating, experience with multiple delivery methods, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Experience with multiple estimating disciplines and preconstruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-performed, hard bid and conceptual estimating efforts.
• Own estimating functions: quantity takeoffs, bid tabs, subcontractor outreach.
• Coordinate multiple pursuits and ensure accurate, complete estimates.
• Support client meetings and assist in proposal preparation and submission.
