• Independently perform quantity takeoffs and bid tabs.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors during procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estimating efforts for multiple pursuits.
• Own assigned estimating functions from scope to bid submission.
• Coordinate with project teams during pre-design and planning phases.
• Develop studies, materials and cost estimates as required.
• Maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and subs.
• Assist in responses to RFPs/RFQs and client presentations.
