Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial construction.
• LEED accreditation or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and cultivate new business with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Estimate and budget conceptual and lump-sum bids in line with corporate goals.
• Perform pre-construction services including schedules and constructability reviews.
• Lead bid process, assign work, and ensure accurate estimates.
• Maintain safety, quality, and client satisfaction through the project lifecycle.
