The role requires collaboration with owners, design partners, and subcontractors, plus mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing self-performed work scopes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pursuit, preconstruction, and business development activities.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client relationships.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop CPM schedules for self-performed work and manage cost projections.
