Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years estimating experience, strong vendor relationships, and proficiency in Beck Destini, Accubid, Bluebeam, and InSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience or 15 years in construction industry.
• Strong cost estimation, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in pre-estimate design reviews and risk assessment.
• Develop bid strategies and create estimates across design levels.
• Coordinate with project directors, architects, and engineers during estimates.
• Manage subcontractor quotes and ensure at least three quotes per bid.
