Job summary

Haskell is seeking an experienced Estimator in Jacksonville, FL, to provide accurate cost estimates for diverse construction projects. You will guide bid strategies and collaborate with project leaders to ensure competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include detailed estimating, subcontractor quote management, and preconstruction support with risk and VE analyses. A BS in Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years of estimating experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with at least 5 years estimating experience.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience, or 15 years in construction, with BS degree preferred.
• Experience estimating civil scopes and cost data management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design review meetings and evaluate scope, cost, and constructability.
• Establish bid strategies and prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Coordinate pre-bid visits and subcontractor quotes; perform risk analysis.
