Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages Estimating personnel.
• Develops accurate cost estimates and reviews peers' estimates.
• Develops preconstruction standards and processes.
• Oversees bid leveling analyses and bidder selection.
• Leads project procurement, buyout and subcontractor solicitations.
• Collaborates with Preconstruction leadership, designers and clients.
