Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating all construction disciplines.
• EOE notice and rights information provided to applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead self-performed, hard bid, negotiated and conceptual estimating teams.
• Manage the bid process including subcontractor solicitation and evaluation.
• Review and assist in preparation and culmination of project estimates and bids.
• Assign work to subordinates and ensure estimate accuracy.
• Assist in design and preconstruction planning and client presentations.
• Develop area marketing plans and coordinate procurement strategy.
