Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to oversee plant QC programs and audits. You will lead the handling of PCI certification readiness, coordinate with owners and DOT inspectors, and supervise Level I/II inspectors across multiple plants.

The role requires 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, certified to PCI Level III, with strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT specs. Expect travel to supplier plants and project sites.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
