The role requires PCI QC Level III certification and 6+ years of precast QC experience, including supervision, along with familiarity with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs. Travel to multiple plants is required.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and audits.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead the corrective actions.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies.
• Qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
