Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs, prepare facilities for PCI certification audits, and resolve complex prestressed product issues with engineers of record. You will supervise Level I and II inspectors, audit suppliers, and ensure compliance with PCI and DOT standards.

This senior role requires PCI QC Level III with 6+ years in precast/QC, strong audit experience, and credibility with plant managers and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Current PCI QC Level III certification with 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Strong command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits; credible with managers and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead PCI certification audits, coordinate corrective actions, and host audits for owners and agencies.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
• Audit supplier plants and qualify precast suppliers; manage plant quality records.
