Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector with PCI Level III QC certification and 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience to lead plant quality programs and audits. The role involves training Level I/II inspectors, coordinating PCI/DOT compliance, and supervising supplier audits across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Experience with PCI and DOT specifications and plant preparation for audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural questions with engineers of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and supervise Level I/II inspectors.
