Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead quality control programs at our plants. You will assure PCI and DOT compliance, prepare facilities for audits, and mentor Level I and II inspectors on site.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, and the ability to coordinate with engineers of record and state inspectors during audits and plant reviews.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III certification, current.
• 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Solid knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and audit supplier plants.
• Supervise and develop Level I–II inspectors across sites.
• Resolve prestressed product acceptance questions with engineers of record.
• Manage plant safety and ensure quality records.
