Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and drive PCI certification readiness. You will coordinate audits, resolve structural acceptance questions with engineers of record, and supervise Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III is required.
• 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead the corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
