Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead the quality control program for precast and prestressed products. You will prepare plants for PCI certification audits, manage audits with owners and agencies, and supervise Level I and II inspectors across projects.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III with 6+ years of experience, plus strong knowledge of PCI and DOT specifications. Travel to multiple plants will be involved.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III Certification required with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
