Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Precast Concrete Inspector III, the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs, drive PCI audits, and mentor Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants.

This role requires current PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, 6+ years of precast QC experience, and fluency with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs. The position pays hourly and involves travel and early shifts.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast QC including supervision.
• Knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specifications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions; resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
