Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector III, the senior precast and prestressed quality authority, responsible for establishing plant QC programs, preparing plants for PCI audits and DOT approvals, and supervising Level I and II inspectors across sites.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience, and deep knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III is required.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience, including supervision.
• Experience with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and supervise Level I and II inspectors across plants.
