Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector III to act as the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs, prepare for PCI audits, resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record, and oversee inspectors across plants.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III with 6+ years' experience, plus deep knowledge of PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT specs.

Qualifications

• PCI Level III certification current, with 6+ years of precast QC including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with engineers.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise Level I & II inspectors.
