Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector III to serve as the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs, prepare plants for PCI audits and DOT approvals, and supervise Level I and II inspectors across multiple plants.

The role requires PCI QC Certification Level III with 6+ years in precast QC and familiarity with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs; you will also audit supplier plants and guide project teams.

Qualifications

• PCI QC Certification Level III current with 6+ years in precast QC including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast requirements.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI/DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and audit supplier plants for owners and agencies.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
