Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Precast Concrete Inspector III, the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs, prepare plants for PCI audits, and resolve structural questions with the engineer of record.

This role requires PCI QC Level III certification and 6+ years in precast QC, including supervision. You will supervise Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects, and ensure compliance with PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Familiar with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants and supervise Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
