• Senior precast QC authority with 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Certification required: PCI QC Personnel Certification Level III.
• Solid command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with engineers of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners/agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
