Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Inspector III to lead plant quality control programs and coordinate PCI certification efforts across multiple facilities. The role requires a current PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III and 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, including supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specifications, and will be credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead the corrective actions and resolve issues.
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
