Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant quality control, prepare facilities for PCI certification audits, and coordinate DOT approvals. You will supervise Level I and II inspectors and mentor plant staff to ensure compliance with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state specs.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III and 6+ years in precast QC, including supervision; daily collaboration with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT

Qualifications

• PCI QC certification Level III required, with 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.
• Ability to work with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI and DOT.
• Lead corrective actions and audit supplier plants for owners and agencies.
• Audit and qualify precast suppliers; supervise Level I and II inspectors.
• Support PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; provide mentorship to staff.
